happy birthday, dianna!
you are my masses-of-braided-hair-extensions guru. we need to do that again.
i'm writing you a poem for your birthday.
dianna
you've got two n's in your name
because you abhor being the same
when life is looking down
you will make that frown
remember that time we went and got hair?
all those french black women didn't use nair
said rude things about us in their frog language
against which slurs i took quite a bit of umbrage
that didn't really rhyme, but i don't care
because today's the day you came into the world bare
that was a terrible poem. happy birthday.

p.s. the 4 things on your amazon wish list are from 2002. are they even still valid?

No, they’re not at all still valid. I was just thinking that I need to make a real wishlist with stuff that I actually want, so perhaps I will do that.
Thank you for the poem! And the happy birthday! And the picture of me giving Jacob a funny look!

it’s that frown! that frown which is specific to you!
you do that. threatening look. then i will buy you a present. and only then.

No more threatening looks from you, missy. I have updated my Amazon wishlist with a whole plethora of things which I feel a genuine desire to own. Now you can go, take one look at the list, and come back and call me a fucking dork. Get to it.

dianna, i do not need to look at your amazon wish list to know that you are a dork, and that is why i love you.
happy birthday!
love, me

i saw your site about sugar shoes… i was wondering if you could help me… is there anywear you can buy the first aid kits for the floaties… wo buying the shoes… or maybe a company website where i can ask them myself… thanks for your help…

ummm, i don’t know. certainly there is not a company website where you can ask. i would recommend trying some of the websites listed by people on my post about sugar shoes. if you try the ones that sell only floaties, or mostly floaties, they might sell just the first aid kit. or, you could maybe find the same sort of stuff they have in the first aid kit at target in the kids section or in inflatable beach stuff section.
