If the phone isn’t ringing and nobody’s bothering me to do anything architecturey, I’m made of free time. It’s balanced out by the horrible weird sudden deadline attacks.
fair enough. i, myself, have set the munchkins in front of the t.v. for a half hour in preparation for the rush of craziness that will be our afternoon.
And I only have to work for one more week or so (and not very hard, at that). Not that I’m contributing so much to the frantic pace. I’ll try to do better!
i would say, ‘find your own damn pictures.’ but you already did. wow though, i totally got left behind on the fast-pace of this thread. then again, i did do some work. approx 30 minutes worth. is that enough for the day? yesterday i did 2.5. maybe i can aim for that.
anyway, here are more things to do on sentosa island. there’s the butterfly park too. and for an outrageous amount of money you can swim with the pink dolphins even.
ooh that is gorgeous! after reading anais nin’s account of her travels in asia i am very pro going there for myself. maybe that is the way to go instead of eastern europe.
you’re going to the nature reserve without me? i figure i can do the shopping after you leave, but…but, you’re taking the animals all to yourself too? i’m a little crushed.
i won’t go without you! we can do the museum and the nature place the same day. i don’t know. i was just inspired after having done the cross country one to try to make days (in no particular order) in which multiple things could be done so then i would have single days planned and could wake up in singapore and say ‘today i will do this day!’ or something. i’ll go shopping without you instead though.
yes, yes. shopping and temples can be done without me (according to my mom, a lot of the temples are near the various shopping districts, so I can hit them later).
pink dolphins?
yes?
pictures please.
*sigh*
Envy. Why is there so much traveling in the world and none of it involves me?
you’ve got lollipops woman. control your rampaging id. i deplore it.
But would it be unreasonable to have lollipops AND travel?
i’m sorry, you can have life-enriching travel or sugar on a stick. these are your choices.
What about life-enriching travel on a stick?
you know where you can stick your life-enriching travel.
In my mouth?
i’m sorry, do you people actually do *any* work while at work? the pace of this right now is staggering to me.

erica: here kids, too many brain cells will make your head swell.
kids: yay, speed racer!
my bosses are out, my time is my own. according to the rule written by me.

p.s. they have pink dolphins in the Amazon, too, but I didn’t get to see any.
go figure.

you…i…good lord, woman. i know by now i should be used to your sudden changes of opinion on things, but nope, everytime it throws me.
